I'd like to thank your Sales and Service department. I was on my way home to Northern California, after riding the Continental Divide (Mexico to Canada). When I was in dire need of a front tire. It was this past holiday weekend and your service department was extremely busy. The sales staff had the tire, tube, and rim liner out waiting. The service department brought me right in to get me back on the road. They even installed the headlight bulb that broke on the trail. Everyone was extremely helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. While serving in Afg, I contacted Ridenow Powersports regarding a bike I wanted to purchase. Everything was done via e-mail. All my concerns were addressed quickly. They are even working to do modifications I wanted done prior to my return to the US. All of the efforts that they have done will ensure that my bike will be ready for me and all the riding I intend to do.

All I have to say about Ridenow Powersports Tri-Cities is AWESOME! I had purchased multiple bikes from the former ownership and let me tell you if they had treated me the way Ridenow has, they would still be in business. From the moment I walked into the doors of Ridenow, I was treated like a king. I had been looking for a used crf250 for a while, the Salesman (Cameron) was very friendly and helped me out with everything I asked for. Cameron and the Sales Manager Keith made sure every concern I had was taken care of. The overall experience in dealing with the Sales department was exceptional, it was so easy and stress free I don't think I'll ever buy anywhere else. After I had purchased my bike I talked with Dustin in parts about what options I had about after market pipes and other after market options. The parts department was very knowledgeable with all the questions I had. Once my paperwork was finished I spoke with Jared. He is the service writer that went through everything about the bike, including when I should get the bike serviced and answered every question I had remaining on the bike. Service was also very knowledgeable and completed my FANTASTIC experience with Ridenow. I'm so glad to finally have a respectable dealership in town and would recommend my entire family and friends to stop in! THANK YOU RIDENOW Tri-Cities!!!

I have a 2007 GSXR-750... I came in looking for accessories and parts for my bike. Even though their stock in store was limited due to them just getting back open, the parts guys were very knowledgable about my questions and made my experience a pleasant one. I wasn't exactly sure what part I needed but I brought it in and they immediately found the correct part and ordered it. Will be back for the rest of my riding needs. Glad to have a dealership back in town.
