Description

Meet the 2027 Polaris 650 RMK® SP 155, a mountain sled built for riders who think the best turns happen where the trail signs stop. Dressed in , it brings a sharp, ready-for-action look to the snow—like it’s already picked its line while everyone else is still debating which ridge to climb.

At the heart of this machine is the Patriot™ 650—a liquid-cooled, 2-cylinder, 2-stroke that’s all about lively response and snow-eating attitude. With fuel injection and gas/oil injection, it keeps things crisp and consistent when the day turns long and the elevation starts to matter. And when you want extra punch for those deep-snow moments, it’s turbocharged, delivering that satisfying surge that makes steep climbs feel less like a question and more like a plan. Starting is classic and simple with a pull starter, and it runs on regular fuel, keeping your focus on the ride, not the checklist.

Power gets to the snow through a CVT transmission with belt drive, paired with a P-85 / TEAM LWT clutch setup that’s designed to keep the engine in the sweet spot as conditions change. You’ve also got reverse, which is a small detail—right up until you’re repositioning on a sidehill or backing out of a tight spot and you’re very glad it’s there. Control is straightforward and familiar with a thumb throttle, letting you modulate power with precision when the terrain gets technical.

This RMK® SP 155 is built on the MATRYX aluminum frame, a foundation that’s purpose-made for modern mountain riding. The chassis helps keep the sled feeling responsive and predictable when you’re working the handlebars, shifting your weight, and dancing across uneven snow. At 132 inches long and 43.4 inches wide, it has that planted stance you want when you’re threading through trees or setting up for a clean carve. And with a dry weight of 432 lb, it’s a machine that feels eager to move when you ask it to.

Up front, the RMK® React™ independent A-arm suspension delivers 9 inches of travel, with Polaris IFP adjustable gas shocks and shock-mounted adjustment so you can fine-tune feel without turning setup into a chore. Out back, the RMK rear suspension offers 16 inches of travel, supported by two rear shocks plus a center shock, all Polaris IFP adjustable gas. Translation: it’s ready to take hits, stay composed, and keep the skis and track doing their jobs when the snow gets rough, rutted, or unpredictable.

Speaking of contact with the snow: the Series 8 track is a mountain-minded 155 x 15 with 2.75-inch lugs—the kind of paddle-like bite that helps you stay on top, keep momentum, and claw forward when the powder is deep and the line is steep. Up front, Gripper® skis with carbide skags help keep steering confident and accurate, and the adjustable ski stance (36–38 inches) lets you dial in the feel you prefer.

Day-long comfort and control are handled with a low, tinted LED setup for visibility, a one-piece vinyl seat, and adjustable heated driver hand grips for those cold starts and colder ridge-top breaks. Practical touches like a fuel level gauge, temperature warning light, hydraulic disc rear brake, belt guard, snow guard, and skid-resistant floorboards round out a package that’s focused on riding hard and riding smart.

In , this 650 RMK® SP 155 doesn’t just look the part—it’s built to chase mountain lines, stack up memories, and make “one last run” feel impossible to refuse.
