Meet the 2027 Polaris Patriot 9R PRO-RMK® 155 in —a mountain machine that looks as ready for the ridgeline as it is for the next “one more run” decision you definitely won’t regret.
At its heart is the Patriot 9R: an 899cc, liquid-cooled, 2-cylinder, 2-stroke built for that crisp, instant response you want when the snow gets deep and the line gets technical. It’s fuel injected (gas/oil injected) and happy on regular fuel, with a pull start that keeps things simple and backcountry-friendly. Power feeds through a CVT with belt drive and a P-22 / TEAM LWT clutch setup, and yes—there’s reverse for those moments when the mountain reminds you who’s boss.
This sled is all about controlled chaos—in a good way. The MATRYX aluminum frame keeps it light and purposeful, and at a dry weight of 414 lb, it feels eager to dance rather than bulldoze. Up front, the RMK® React™ independent A-arm suspension delivers 9 inches of travel, backed by Walker Evans Racing (WER®) adjustable gas shocks with remote reservoirs.
